This rich composition pairs so well with woods of any kind - walnut, birch, ash, etc., as well as in many neutral settings. Also pairs wonderfully with one of my cream cashmere pillows. Lovely on a bed or sofa, or thrown onto a lounge chair.

About the Artist:
I create these modernist patchwork pillows as "mini compositions", taking great care to thoughtfully select the colors and textures, and utilizing what I have in my stock of materials. I hope that you will see them as little paintings to enjoy in your living space. They can be rotated to enjoy a different perspective.
I have been collecting cashmere sweaters and knits for over 15 years and saving them for my creations, which are now being realized. Henceforth, each and every piece is truly "one of a kind". Some pieces are offered in a limited edition run, until the material is exhausted. One of the fun things about this work is that you never know what you'll get in a limited edition creation... from Armani to Ralph Lauren to J Crew to Kirkland. Some pieces are fluffier, some are smoother, some textured or heathered. I intentionally include subtle unique details from the sweater in some pieces.
