Refund policy

High Noon General Store has a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. At this time we do not issue cash refunds, only store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at howdy@highnoongeneralstore.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: 246 Casados St., Santa Fe, NM 87501

If your exchange is accepted, you'll be responsible for shipping the item back to High Noon. You'll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We'll do whatever is in our power to make it right.


Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food and our pantry staples products - chocolates, oils, nut butters, jams, honey, etc.), custom products (such as special orders, gift boxes or personalized items), candles and personal care goods (our clean beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
