Rosehips and mountain tea are rich in antioxidants, thyme does wonders for the throat, and peppermint enhances memory and alertness. This loose leaf tea is all we need to stay sharp and productive at the office! Naturally caffeine-free.
When it comes to brewing quality infusions, we believe in the power of loose leaf herbs. To prepare this tea, you’ll need a teapot and a strainer.
- Use one teaspoon (approximately 1g) of herb per teacup, dosage on taste.
- Simmer for 5mins in freshly boiled water, covered.
- Strain and serve alone or with honey.
